Kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom were reworked in close dialogue with the character of the existing building.

The kitchen, conceived as a narrow linear space, was designed to make maximum use of the available width. A pink PU floor runs continuously throughout, combined with warm timber elements and a stainless steel worktop that introduces precision and reflectivity.

In the bathroom, marble surfaces are paired with the same pink PU flooring, establishing continuity between the different spaces while balancing tactility, softness and durability.
